Premier talent development initiative connecting emerging professionals and industry leaders RACE 2024 is open!

Programme Highlights

RACE is an immersive, on-site program that brings together 70 talented students and leading companies within the industry. For one week, participants are housed in a strategic location within a major industry hub in Europe. In the vicinity of the location, not further than two hours away by transport, we would be looking for a companies and RTOs interested in hosting the students.

In the course of RACE, students spend a day with a different company, each day, gaining direct exposure to cutting-edge practices, innovative and sustainable projects, and a range of career opportunities.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore state-of-the-art facilities and groundbreaking technological advancements in raw materials production, while also engaging with and learning from potential future employers.

Expert talks

Join keynote sessions and interact with our guest speakers. Gain insight on the specific raw materials sustainability challenges industries are facing, as well as how they are securing the raw materials value chain and more!

Industry visits

Deepen your understanding of the circular economy and pressing raw materials challenges by visiting our partner’s facilities. Get in depth tours of the processes and procedures real industry partners are tackling.

Innovate and pitch solutions

Develop innovative ideas tackling real raw materials challenges. Work on the solutions together with the other participants from backgrounds across the whole raw materials value chain.
